This story is quite difficult to rate. There is very limited information provided on the drug, potential side effects and costs. The article does make it clear that the drug is in trial and implies a limited target audience of patients with a genetic skin disorder. The final comments do however suggest there might be more commercial spin-offs from the development of this drug. It is odd that this drug is mentioned as repeated injection in this piece but the same drug and apparent mechanism of action is reported as an implant in the Daily Telegraph report for a different target audience (fair skinned people to prevent skin cancer).
